January 2015 Issue 4 Secondary edition COMPETITION Do you know somewhere unforgettable? And can you describe it in only 500 words? We’re holding a creative writing competition and want to read about your unforgettable place. It can be real or imaginary, it can be somewhere you’ve been or perhaps somewhere you’ve always wanted to go. You can include something that happened there, or someone you met. Most importantly, your writing should create a picture of your unforgettable place in the reader’s mind. Check with your school about how to enter. They will be choosing the five best lower secondary and the five best upper secondary entries to submit to our international final. Winners of this will be published in the Global Classroom 2015 creative writing book which will be shared around the world.
