ART & DESIGN
What does the course involve?
Art and Design encourages students to work through a variety of processes to investigate the most
effective way to solve an aesthetic problem. These studies, produced in work journal format, research
and analyse a wide variety of information linked to the areas being investigated. This involves looking
at the work of other artists, experimenting with different media and showing clear developmental
processes employed to reach an independent and imaginative conclusion.
