osy’s at the Beach has become a Morgan Hill dining
institution. Rosy & Rich Bergin opened Rosy’s almost
twenty years ago. Ten years later they instituted Taco
Tuesdays because Tuesdays were their slowest night at the
restaurant. Things have changed since then and on a typical
Tuesday night now, Rosy’s serves—on average—700 tacos! The
