LEADERS SUMMIT
In January 2015, more than 150 Lake County leaders -- elected officials, business,
civic and community leaders -- gathered for the 2nd annual Lake County Leaders
Summit. Attendees participated in an ideas exchange where they were asked to
identify one collaborative success and two collaborative challenges/opportunities.
A summary of the key themes from that ideas exchange is presented in this report.
