ARTIST-ARTIST RELATIONSHIP

An artist in a relationship with another artist is so common, it is almost expect-
ed. Who else could understand the need to withdraw when creative inspira-
tion strikes? A non-artist may harbor feelings of abandonment. Yet, some rela-
tionships among artists are perceived as volatile and competitive. Media often
portrays the tension when one artist is more successful or renowned than the
other. Is there a trick to make the artist-artist relationship work? We sat down
with Bartosz Beda and Nishiki Sugawara-Beda to discover their secret.
