Young Chef Challenge Champions

On Tuesday 12th November me, Mrs Willett, Mrs Hainsworth and James Howlet packed up and set off to the regional heats in Harrogate of the young chef challenge 2013! As the time grew nearer and the satnav announced that we have reached our destination it all got extremely tense and I started panicking, well you would if you had to make a dish in front of a famous chef! The time came and James Martin said “right it’s time to cook bring through you things and get ready to cook”! I had my knife on my first raw veg and as he counted down from three I felt like every last second turned my stomach more and more… 3..2..1.. Your time starts now...
