38 ENTERTAINMENT ENTERTAINMENT Combined Colleges Production Book, Music and Lyrics By JIM JACOBS and WARREN CASEY BY ARRANGEMENT WITH ORiGiN tm THEATRICAL www.origintheatrical.com.au MARLBOROUGH GIRLS' COLLEGE presents the combined senior production of Rehearsals are well and truly underway and going strong for this year's combined colleges senior production. An incredibly talented and energetic bunch of students are dedicated to the task of transforming and transporting themselves back in time to become Rydell High's Senior Class of 1959! Duck-tailed, hot- rodding, "Burger Palace Boys" and their gum-snapping, hip-shaking "Pink Ladies" in their bobby sox and pedal pushers, evoke the look and sound of the 1950's in this rollicking musical. A much-loved show for all ages. The senior cast of both schools bring this tale to the stage with real energy and style, making for an evening full of memorable characters and music. We are all inspired by the level of talent we have in our region and particularly the high quality coming from our youth, year in year out. Off the back of the success of Hairspray and Evita, this year's season of Grease is one not to be missed!!
