Hounslow Health Walks Get Active Hounslow Health Walks at Kew Gardens – COMING SOON! Dates to be announced in April 2015. Led by trained volunteer Walk Leaders, Hounslow Health Walks take place across the borough, making use of local green spaces, parks and woodlands. Usually lasting between 40 minutes to 1 hour, all walks are FREE and you don’t need any expensive kit to take part; just a comfortable pair of shoes. Please note, all our walks are led by volunteers and times/dates do sometimes change; please call to confirm. FREE! • Brabazon Health Walk - Mondays, 10am – 11am. Meeting point: Brabazon Community Centre, 106 Brabazon Road, Heston, TW5 9LT • Feltham Health Walk - Wednesdays, 11am – 12pm. Meeting point: Feltham Assembly Hall, Hounslow Road, Feltham, TW14 9DN • Lampton Park Health Walk – Thursdays, 9.30am 10.30am. Meeting point: bridge over River Crane (opposite Mill Farm Crescent) Hanworth Road Nordic Walking on Hounslow Heath Nordic Walking on Hounslow Heath – every Saturday at 9am (meet at 8.45am). Nordic Walking uses specially designed walking poles to work the whole body and burn up to 40% extra calories. Meet at Frampton Road car park on Hounslow Heath, £2 per session.
