8 . Your comfort zone . When we get too comfortable in the same old things , we stunt our own growth . Do something that challenges you to step up , grow and become a better version of yourself like you ’ ve always aspired to be .
9 . One negative label you ’ ve carried up to this point . Whether it ’ s from childhood or your teen / young adult years , let go of at least one thing someone has called you . You are more than what anyone has tried to label you .
10 . Clothes in your closet that you haven ’ t worn in the last two years . Make that fashion sacrifice to minimize your personal clutter and revive your closet to commemorate this new time in your life .
