track owner Anthony Kalamucki.

Last week the Lloyd Ethics Board held
it’s annual reorganization meeting.
Presently the board consists of five
regular members – Chair Jill Indelicato,
Raphael Diaz, Debra Haab, Mark Elia and
Kevin Harris, who serve three-year terms,
and two new alternates Peter Cordovano
and Jessica Caswell, who serve 1-year
terms. The terms do not all expire at the
same time in order to maintain continuity
on the board.
The Ethics Board indicated they will
suggest to the Town Board at the Feb. 17
meeting that they add a third alternate
to their board for when multiple board
members have to recuse in a particular
case; something that has happened on
several occasions.
The board decided to keep the terms
for alternates at one year, but will seek
to make it part of the Town Code. Diaz
suggested that the Town Board contact in
writing anyone whose term on the Ethics
Board is expiring to see if they wish to be
reappointed. This prompted a discussion
on the process of reappointment, with
former alternate Joseph Indelicato, who
was in the audience, stating that he was
not asked by the Town in late 2015 if he
wished to continue serving. He added that
it was not the full Town Board who decided not to reappointment him, but claimed
