Dear friends,
The last few months have
truly been a once in a lifetime
experience. Our industry and
country have seen more than
its fair share of tragedy and
uncertainty during that span,
but many positives have been
able to shine through at The
Orchards. Amongst those
shining stars are all of YOU!
In a time of chaos, it has been
genuinely terrific to see folks
band together to care for the
minds, bodies, and souls of our
residents and their families
during such a difficult period of
time in our nation’s history. A
few months back, I remember
stating in one of our initial
video addresses that you folks
are heroes. You might not
realize it, but the care and love
that you provide throughout
the day-to-day responsibilities
are heroic. I can’t tell you all
enough how proud I am to be
on this journey with each of
you, and I want you to know
that we are thankful to have
you on our team! Please know
that we see you and could not
picture having anyone else on
