On Tuesday, November 7, 2017, your child is invited to spend
the day at the Cornerstone Christian School!
At some point recently, you inquired about the Cornerstone Christian School. If you still are wondering
about our program for your child, now is the chance for him/her to experience what makes our school
so special! Your child is invited to join us on November 7, attend class with his/her current grade level
and experience a typical day at Cornerstone.
To have your child participate in this special day, please complete the registration form and return it to
Cornerstone by fax, mail or email ([email protected]), no later than Wednesday, November 1 st .
Please note that for planning purposes, this is a firm deadline. It is important for us to know how many
guests to expect and to be certain that we have all the required permission and contact information.
Additionally, in order to maintain our high quality of instruction, we must also limit the number of
guests in each class; space will be filled in the order the registration forms are received.
Our school day begins at 8:30 am and our guests may begin arriving at 7:50 am. Your child may arrive
with another Cornerstone friend, if applicable or he/she may meet at the Visitor Registration table
outside the elementary building between 7:50 am and 8:20 am. All visiting students must stop by the
Visitor Registration table when they arrive. School is dismissed at 3:00 pm. At the end of the day, your
child may leave with his or her CCS friend or s/he will be released to you from the Visitor Registration
table. Please be certain to indicate your child’s arrive and departure plans on your response form. All
visitors must be picked up by 3:00 pm and may not attend after-school activities or ride the school bus.
We are excited to have your child visit us on November 7 th ! This is a regular school day and all school
rules will apply. While we do not expect our guests to dress according to the CCS dress code, we ask that
all guests dress neatly and modestly. We do not allow mobile devices to be turned on during the school
day, we do not wear hats inside buildings and we expect students to behave respectfully and obey
teachers at all times. All students will need to pack a lunch; elementary students should also pack a
snack.
