of Excellence
officially opened
We welcomed MSP Angela
Constance, Cabinet Secretary for
Education and Lifelong Learning,
to officially launch our Skills Centre
of Excellence based at Irvine
Royal Academy on Wednesday 18
February.

From August 2015 secondary pupils
in fourth, fifth and sixth years at North
Ayrshire schools will be able to access
a range of vocational courses at our
new Skills Centre of Excellence as well
as at other campuses.
The College will work with employers
to ensure the courses provided at the
Skills Centre of Excellence are
influenced by the needs of the
local economy.
