TOWNSVILLE ’ s National Servicemen marked another “ Nashos ’ Day ” at their Rowes Bay memorial last month ... and the first man honoured this year was PTE Trevor Black , killed in April , 1969 by a sniper in Vietnam . It was a bittersweet experience for Trevor ’ s sister Townsville Legatee Bev Douthett ( pictured right ) and her son , Trevor ’ s nephew , Myles Plumb as they laid a poppy beside his name on the wall of remembrance .
