Certified Hospitality Supervisor ( CHS ) Application Instructions
Follow these steps to apply for the Certified Hospitality Supervisor exam . Candidates who purchase this package through the ISPA store and successfully pass the CHS exam will also receive a Certified Spa Supervisor ( CSS ) certificate from ISPA ( instructions found near the end of this document ).
NOTE : You must purchase a program package ( Application and Exam ) before completing your application .
• If you have not supplied the necessary documentation , you will be contacted via email by an AHLEI Customer Service agent .
• If you do not meet the certification requirements , your application will be denied and you will receive a refund .
Step 1 . Purchase your certification program through the ISPA store
• Visit experienceispa . com , select the Resources tab , then select “ Education / Resources .”
• Click the Purchase button under Certified Hospitality Supervisor / Certified Spa Supervisor
• Select your preferred package from the following two options : o CHS : Certified Hospitality Supervisor Application , Supervisory Skill Builders Online
Course & Exam o CHS : Certified Hospitality Supervisor Application , Supervisory Skill Builders Study Guides
& Exam
Step 2 . Complete the Supervisory Skill Builders materials
• Complete the Supervisory Skill Builders workbooks or online study program , depending on the package you elect to purchase .
• If you do not already have an account at ahlei . org , visit the site to create one . Verify your account via an email link .
• Login to ahlei . org , and navigate to your account Once there , click on the link under My Certification Applications to get started :
