Actsafe is developing a new safety training and records keeping database to better serve the needs of workers and employers in B . C .’ s Motion Picture and Performing Arts industries .

Replacing the current Passport system , Actsafe ’ s new STAR System will be an online database that will offer a streamlined and simple process for users to access safety training and certification records , as well as improved worker data validation and integrity . Actsafe ’ s STAR System will also provide online safety training with customized , industry specific course content for workers to access anywhere , anytime .
