Regardless of which plan you select, the goal is to lower your daily intake of carbs, and start

Include meals, snacks and liquids, then create a shopping list for all of those items. Last but not
least, you goes to the store and buy all of the foods on your list.

and it will help you stick to the proper guidelines and instructions for that plan as well.
