delivering a donated car to one our
neighbors, Jessica. She is the recipient of a
Lighthouse scholarship and is currently
attending Galveston College. Jessica is one
of 10 students who participated in our
educational scholarship program this year.
She is one of many success stories from the
LCM education ministry
Buddy Bench Donations
Marissa Reiter, Outreach Manager for
LCM, on the left, delivered "Buddy
Benches" to K.E. Little Elementary in
Bacliff and San Leon Elementary as part
of the LCM outreach ministry. A young
man named Christian Bucks, a second
grade student at Roundtown Elementary at
the time, witnessed lonely classmates at
his school's playground, and wanted to
make sure everyone had a friend.
His solution? The Buddy Bench.

151,523 lbs. of food valued at $232,758 through mobile distributions
