ATTENDEE CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Attendee registrations may be cancelled by submitting a written notification of cancellation to ISPA headquarters . A full refund ( less an administrative fee of $ 25 ) is available to those who cancel their registration by March 1 , 2022 . All cancellation requests received after March 1 , 2022 , will not be eligible for a refund unless the cancellation is due to local / government travel restrictions in place due to COVID-19 . No-shows will not qualify for a refund of fees . All registrations fees will be fully refunded if the event is cancelled by ISPA or the host facility due to COVID-19 .

ELIGIBLE ATTENDEES

Current ISPA members within the spa , corporate spa headquarter , corporate spa link , student , transitional , or educator categories may register to attend the ISPA Conference . ISPA resource partner members who qualify as a service provider may also register . All resource partners who qualify as a vendor must exhibit , sponsor or be an official participant at the ISPA Conference to attend the event . Nonmember resource partners are not eligible to attend .

Service Provider Definition : Business has a sole focus of providing professional services . A service provider may not distribute , produce or sell products within the spa industry or serve as an employee or official representative of any company that meets the definition of an ISPA vendor . A product is defined as anything that is made or grown to be sold ( including digital or web-based products ). Examples of ISPA service providers include full-service consultants who do not sell , represent or distribute spa products , educational institutions and investors .

Vendor Definition : Business distributes , produces or sells products within the spa industry . A product is defined as anything that is made or grown to be sold ( including digital or web-based products ). Examples may include companies that sell tangible products , virtual products , events , publications , insurance , software , deal promotions , online directories , etc . In order to attend at a member rate , the registrant must have an active membership at the time of the Conference .

TRANSFERS / SUBSTITUTIONS

Prior to the event , companies who experience a personnel change for a previously registered attendee are able to substitute another employee . Please contact ispa @ ispastaff . com to request a registrant substitution .

Registration badges are non-transferable , and attendees may not give their badge to another individual . All attendees are subject to photo ID verification during the event .
