Lusin ® Lub O 32 F is NSF H1 registered and EU ( 2002 / 72 / EG ) certified and is thereby suitable for the manufacture of products that are 24 FDPP - www . fdpp . co . uk subject to particularly stringent food hygiene requirements .
PROCESS AID FOR SEVERAL STEPS IN THE PET BOTTLE MANUFACTURING PROCESS CHAIN Starting with the moulding process of PET preforms and the subsequent stretch-blow moulding production and bottle filling lines , the food-compliant Lusin ® Lub O 32 F offers significant advantages at each step of the process chain .
When used as a release agent in the injection moulding process Lusin ® Lub O 32 F is suitable for all forms of thermoplastics , with the exception of polycarbonate . The product is developed to be environmentally conscious and contains no solvents , silicone and halogens . The highly efficient Lusin ® Lub O 32 F can be used at temperatures ranging up to 200 ° C .
After moulding PET preforms undergo several handling steps which might lead to scratches ( illustration 1 ) and other imperfections on the preforms . On the one hand such defects have a significant impact on the heat absorption of PET preforms when passing through the blow moulding line , on the other such defect may lead to so called “ lost ” bottles in the stretch-blow moulding process because of imperfect design parts of the finished goods .
