Meet us on Nextdoor! The In November 2019, City and community leaders celebrated the grand opening of the Housing Channel’s new townhome project, Bel Air on Abram. 2. Arlington earned the Bee The first phase features five buildings with 16 townhomes that will provide affordable housing options with a range of price points. Through grants, qualified buyers are eligible for down payment assistance ranging from $7,500 to $35,000. Two additional phases of the mixed-use development are planned, which will eventually feature a total of 47 townhomes, a community green space, dog park, and future commercial frontage along Abram Street. City of Arlington posts the most relevant information for neighborhoods on the neighborhood-focused social media site. 82,027 Arlington neighbors are already there! Arlington Police Department was awarded 3rd place in the 2019 National Night Out Campaign by the National Association of Town Watch. Arlington PD hosted over 252 neighborhood parties in 2019.
