2 . Unit Residents

Within this tab , Owners can see and review all the Members associated with the property under " Users " ( Non-Owners only see themselves and any non-owners who are leaseholders will only see the tenants affiliated with their lease ). To edit a Member , click the pencil icon . To delete a Member , click the trash can icon . To add a new Member , click the blue button " New ". The icons and button are circled below in gray .
The column titled " Badge Status " relates to a Members ' ID card ( outlined in red below ). The column will read either " on " or " off ", or be blank . Blank means the Member does not have a card on file . After reviewing , please contact the Finance Specialist if you believe the badge status is incorrect .

3 . Assets

Click on the “ Assets ” tab over to the far right ( outlined below in red ). Owners can review assets on record affiliated with their property ( autos , boats , golf carts , and portable basketball hoops ). Owners ' assets are listed under " My Assets " while assets reassigned to other Members on the account will be listed under " Unit Assets ". Note : Non-Owners can only see assets that Owners reassign to them ( as seen under " Unit Assets " in the owner view ). To view an asset , click the paper icon . To edit / reassign an asset , click the pencil icon . To delete an asset , click the trash can icon . To add an asset , click the blue button " New ". The icons and button are circled below in gray .
The column titled " Barcode " reads the current sticker on the asset . When scanned , it will return the results found in the “ Status ” column ( active / inactive ). After reviewing , please contact Member Services if you believe an asset barcode and / or status is incorrect or missing .
