The flagship dish: Artichoke, belly of pork, peas and
chips of pecorino cheese, a vegetable that greatly
represents Lazio Region, accompanied by elements
that complete, it’s features is a favourite by locals and
visitors alike.
The Assaje offers a gourmet service in a casual
atmosphere, representing the perfect synthesis of
gourmet and local cuisine. Thanks to the wonderful
