PTFA 2nd Semester Updates

The Cornerstone Parents, Teachers & Friends Association (PTFA) has had a busy first semester...and still more is planned for the second semester! We are particularly grateful for Charity Baker stepping in as the acting president (per the bylaws) for the second semester in addition to continuing to serve as the elected PTFA Secretary. (Jon Raiola was unable to complete his term as PTFA President.) With the adjustment in leadership, the PTFA officers have met and made some important adjustments for the second semester, which are higlighted in this newsletter. We are so excited by what God is doing at our school!

We invite YOU to find your place on the PTFA! There is a spot for everyone. Join us on Friday, 2/9, to learn more, or you can email Charity Baker at [email protected].

Family Board Games & PTFA Updates: Friday, 2/9 @ 3:00

Join us after dismissal on Friday, 2/9, for a family-fun PTFA event. We will begin in the sanctuary in the elementary building for a fast and fun update from the PTFA which will serve as our quarterly meeting. Join us to hear about what we have accomplished, what is yet to come, and how you can get involved. You will have an opportunity to share your ideas and questions with the officers!

Then, stay and enjoy fellowship with other families as we play board games together! Be sure to bring your favorite game (or use the games that will be provided). This is a family event; children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian.

We hope to see everyone for this fun gathering as a school community!
