UPDATE YOUR 2018
ROSTER ENTRY
The deadline for GLMS members to
update their listing for publication
in the 2018 GLMS Annual Pictorial
Roster is Tuesday, Aug. 15. Ensure
your listing is accurate so your col-
leagues can find you easily.
We update our database year-
round as mail is returned or ad-
ministrators call with changes to
keep the online roster up to date.
Your data may have changed since
last year’s roster was printed. Don’t rely on the current
printed roster to check accuracy. Your online listing is the
information that will appear in the 2018 roster.
The GLMS website (www.glms.org) allows easy changes to be
made to office and home addresses, phone and fax numbers,
specialties, board certifications, email and website addresses
and photos. Simply log in and select “Update Member Data”
in the “My Membership” column on the left side of the page.

sary changes by clicking “Modify Record” prior to click-
ing the “Submit Changes” button at the bottom of the
page. Changes will be made immediately to your profile.
If you experience problems with this form, please email
[email protected]. If you have a new photo to submit,
click on “Request Image Change” which will direct an email
to GLMS staff. You will need to attach the photo to the email.
NOTE: Your name and information will NOT be published
in the 2018 GLMS Annual Pictorial Roster if your 2017
dues were not paid.
