On Sunday, March 24, 2019, the music world lost one of the kindest
souls I’ve ever met. I say music world because although Joe Incagnoli
(better known as Joe Harvard) had become an Asbury Park legend
when he moved to the city in 2001, he was already a legend in Bos-
ton, and one who played a major role in the career of many bands who
went on to become household names.
