World Fish Migratory Day Celebration |
All Ages
Be a part of this global celebration of migratory fish and
their waters. Join us for fish printing, trout & white sucker
monitoring, recycled art, and a showing of the film “Love
Flows” (every 35 min).

Beach Campout | All Ages
Pitch a tent and spend the night under the stars! Explore and
play near the lake with the whole family, sit around a crackling
campfire led by a Heller naturalist and then camp on the beach.
A campfire with s'mores and a light breakfast are provided.
Six-person tents are available for an additional fee. Please eat
dinner Saturday night before you arrive or bring a picnic dinner.

Spring Bird Count | Adults
Help staff and volunteers conduct the annual lakefront bird
census, then recap the fun over breakfast at Heller Nature
Center. Results are added to a national database to aid in
research regarding shoreline habitat protection. Email Liz
Ricketts at [email protected] if you or your group are interested
in participating.

Fitness Programs
Rise and Shine Yoga | Ages 13 & Up
Start your day in the most breathtaking way! Join us for yoga
at Rosewood Beach. Please note yoga mats are limited and are
at a first come first served basis. Participants are encouraged to
bring their own mats. No class May 17. For more information, call
