AM I REQUIRED TO HAVE MY ITEM IMAGES IN IX-ONE ? Yes , we require all items distributed by KeHE to be set up within the IX-ONE network .

HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT IMAGES IN IX-ONE ? 1 . Ship a unit of your product for image capture to the address listed below . a . Shipping Address : The Data Council 8475 Western Way , STE 150 Jacksonville , FL 32256 b . All products sent for capture must be “ plant run product and packaging .” Do not send any test or incomplete product . c . If your product is merchandised in a tray or a caddy , send the inner / caddy for an additional image capture . Both your inner / caddy and single unit will be captured . d . Pack your products securely so that they do not arrive to the studio damaged . 2 . Once your items have been received , set up will take 2-4 weeks to complete .
