2020 has certainly thrown us all for a loop, hasn’t it?! It seems like every time we turn around there is another stressor being tossed at us. Work, family, society, they all deserve so much energy and attention, but when they all need it at one time, it can feel impossible to stay positive.

What can we do to stay positive when we are facing unemployment, or even feeling overworked? With all of the situations in our lives, positivity can seem far away; however, we just need to look around to find why we should stay positive. So, where do we start?

Look the Part.

The easiest way to start the day with a positive attitude is to smile. Even if smiling is hard, try to remember that a smile can be the perfect catalyst.

Find Moments.

We have to look for moments. We will never live this exact moment again in our life, so it is important to truly see them. The moments of spending time with our loved ones may drastically reduce. Right now we have the opportunity to find new hobbies and create new memories that we will look back at and recall just how tough yet revolutionary it was.
