ROM THE PRISTINE WHITE WALLS TO THE SYMMETRY THROUGHOUT , THIS HOME IN CACHET WOODS IS A BLEND OF MODERN AND TIMELESS DESIGN . THAT ’ S EXACTLY WHAT THE HOMEOWNERS HAD IN MIND WHEN THEY BROUGHT ON SUNITA LYMBURNER OF SARA LEAH INTERIORS , AND FINAL TOUCH PAINTING & CONTRACTING TO UPDATE THEIR FAMILY HOME .
“ It was built in 1992 and this was the first major renovation from the builder ’ s construction ,” says Lymburner . “ The homeowners were looking to modernize the space without making it too overpowering with design trends or too many bursts of color .”
At 3,500 square feet , with three storeys , five bedrooms , and 4.5 bathrooms , there was a lot of ground to cover , but the homeowners asked Lymburner to prioritize the renovation of the kitchen , “ I wanted a more functional and modern space . Something fresh and bright . A clean classic white look ,” says the homeowner . “ We did not have to take extra square footage from the rest of the home to achieve this , which was great .”
