Greetings from the Director:
Wow! Where did 2022 go? It seems I am at an age where each year goes just a little bit faster than the last one. As our Extension programming winds down for another year, we want to remind you about the importance of spending time with your family and celebrating the season.
Our Executive board has followed the schedule that Kansas State University set and our Great Bend and Hays offices will be closed the week of December 26th – 30th, and also January 2nd. Thanks for your understanding.
A new year means new beginnings. I have announced my retirement date of February 3, 2023, when I will have completed 37 total years in Extension work. I will announce who our next District Director/Community Vitality Agent will be next month. I look forward to following the accomplishments of our Cottonwood team in the year ahead!
