All prices are per meeting room , per day unless otherwise noted . Use of equipment not provided by Q Center will result in a charge of 22 % of the cost for like items listed above . If notice of cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to start of the event , full price and service charge will be added to the group master bill . Q Center prohibits guests from using unauthorized network infrastructure equipment , including but not limited to wireless access points , routers , switches , and modems . All prices are subject to change without notice .
