• Black is the default , but midnight blue , hunter green and burgundy also appear
• Silk or satin stripe down the outer seams of the pants
• Bowtie is customary , in black or colorful satin or silk
• White dress shirt with vertical pleats , wing collar and studs instead of buttons
• French cuffs fastened with cufflinks and cummerbund in lieu of a belt
• Black shoes in patent or highly shined leather , with black socks

Semi-Formal : Cocktail Attire
