1. Remove the rubber
grommet from the door using
a screw driver or similar tool.
(Fig 1.)
9. Fit the rubber ‘O’ ring to
the RepLock cylinder, and
place the metal slide on the
RepLock as shown. (Fig 9.)
2. Using a T25 screw driver,
remove the retaining bolt and
gently pull the lock assembly
away from the door. (Fig 2.)
3. Using a flat bladed screw
driver or similar tool, gently
prise the plastic top from the
lock assembly. (Fig 3.)
4. Using a small punch and
hammer, gently punch the 1st
retaining pin, and then gently
remove using needle nose
pliers. (Fig 4.)
5. Using a 3.5mm,
CAREFULLY drill as shown,
just enough to go through the
lock housing. (Fig 5.)
6. Using a pin punch or
similar tool, lightly push the
2nd lock retaining pin through
the lock housing and remove
through the square aperture
using a pair of needle nose
pliers. (Fig 6.)
10. Fit the Replock and metal
slide into the lock housing as
shown. (Fig 10.)
11. Using a small punch, reinsert
the 1st retaining pin as
shown. (Fig 11.)
12. Using a pair of needle
nose pliers, insert the 2nd
retaining pin into the lock
housing through the square
aperture. (Fig 12.)
13. Place the plastic cap onto
the front of the lock housing
and press firmly until a soft
click can be heard. (Fig 13.)
14. Place the full lock
assembly back into the door,
and secure into place using
the T25 screw removed
earlier. Re-fit the rubber
grommet removed in step 1.

7. Withdraw the OE lock
barrel and metal slide from
the lock housing as shown.

8. Remove the rubber ‘O’
Ring and metal slide from the
OE lock as shown. (Fig 8.)
