Forest bathing offers an opportunity to slow down your mind and body and to be present with the forest life around you. Shinrin yoku has been shown to reduce stress hormones and to increase immune functioning. Mindful activities will be presented during a gentle walk, typically covering less than two thirds of a mile and will end with a simple forest tea ceremony utilizing native plants. Min/Max 4/15.
