This is not the case for us souls here in Florida. We see the end of our two weeks of winter and then it’s “hello, summer!” So, as I ponder the feelings that I have for spring and the month of March my thoughts come to St. Patrick’s Day, the holiday associated with luck and good fortune. I believe that I have been the recipient of good fortune when I was accepted into the diagnostic medical sonography program at Eastern Florida State College. The pace and rigor of the program can be a challenge but, I have never been so happy to learn and passionate to acquire the needed knowledge and skill for this new career. I know that my classmates join me in this sentiment and we truly hope you visit the college and see for yourself what a wonderful program it is! Sincerely, Gail Miksch, Editor Class of 2020 Diagnostic Medical Sonography
