SYNOPSIS :
220 meters of Guadiana is the documentary that resulted from 3 years of interviews with people from Alcoutim and Sanlúcar de Guadiana to document stories of smuggling on the border . The author Paulo Vinhas Moreira has a project to document smuggling activity along the entire border of Portugal with Spain , and the Municipality of Alcoutim contacted him in 2016 to make episodes of this project in the territory . 220 Metros de Guadiana is the final result of the work done in 3 years and was launched last February 14 in Alcoutim , in the Journeys of Contraband and Frontier Memories .
