Feral Cat Sunday Update ! AAS Alumni !
June 20 , 2021 Clinic CANCELED
Arlington Animal Services hosts Feral Cat Sunday the third Sunday of each month . This clinic is open to the first 20 Arlington feral cats who arrive to the shelter between 8-9am . All cats must be in a trap and kittens must be at least three months old . This is a free spay / neuter clinic for feral cats in all Arlington zip codes .
Have you adopted a shelter pet from Arlington Animal Services ? If the answer is yes , we want to hear from you ! Research shows that people are more likely to adopt a pet when they hear a positive story from someone else who adopted a pet they love . We want to spread the love and share your pets adoption story on our social media outlets ! Just send us your favorite pictures of your beloved pet , when you adopted them from the shelter , and a little of their story and what they mean to you ! Then be on the look out for their special spotlight on

Rescue Partner Spotlight ! Whether it is rescuing bottle baby kittens who need to be fed and cared for every few hours , or working with a fearful dog who needs help learning to trust people , or taking an injured pet who urgently needs out of the shelter for further medical treatment and care , the rescue partners at Arlington Animal Services make a difference for our shelter pets daily ! The staff at AAS are so grateful to have a growing list of organizations who will take animals into their care from the ones who need it the most , to the ones who just need a little extra TLC outside of the shelter walls .
