This marks the 13th year our Temple campus has ranked among the top 100 hospitals , but the first year our facility has earned the No . 1 spot . Out of 2,644 short-term acute care hospitals in the nation , the Temple campus outperformed other major teaching hospitals on a range of measures , including clinical outcomes , patient experience , operational efficiency , financial health and community impact . In fact , Temple earned perfect scores in four categories and nearly perfect in one .
