Shannon Simons has been making Rum Swizzle for over ten years , starting it as a side business from the ground up . It took him five years to master his ingredients and secret recipe for his special version of Bermuda Rum Swizzle . Thankful to his customers for their valuable feedback , Shannon believes he now has a great product they all can enjoy . He has plans to open his own shop and eventually expand his business by selling to liquor stores along with providing a Swizzle Bar for happy hours , wedding , parties , special occasions and events .
