Sparta Area Chamber of Commerce Newsletter November

November 2018 The Sparta Ambassador fdg New Chamber Website Is Live Our desire was to create a site that is attractive to tourists and those new to the area. It is important that we showcase all that ur members have to offer. You can find things to do in the area, places to stay, places to eat, and getaway itineraries. At the same time, it is important that our members have a space that would allow them to access membership benefits, information, and tools relevant to them. On the Chamber page you will find the membership directory, a place where members can log in to their account, access membership benefits (and even sign up for membership) and check out additional tools. Additionally, you will notice a change in the calendar format. The new calendar was designed to be easy-to-access, user-friendly, and appealing to the user. The biggest change to our members will be the way their events are submitted on the calendar. Instead of submitting your events through Chambermaster, you will go to the calendar and click the button that says “Submit Event Here”, type in your event details, add an event image, and your event will be sent to chamber staff for approval. Remember that adding events to the chamber calendar is a mem- bership benefit. If you would like to learn more about membership benefits, visit our website or call Wendy to talk to her personally about what your biggest benefit will be! Check out our new site! www.bikesparta.com
