Laundry
Large capacity washers and dryers are available for use by residents. Each community style
building has laundry rooms located on each first floor wing. Every suite style building has
laundry rooms on each floor except for Cedar and Ponderosa. Use your debit or credit card
directly at the machines to pay. It will even give you a text notification when your load is done!
Super Wash: $1.75
Medium Wash: $1.50
Low Wash: $1.25
Dry: $1.00
Cedar and Ponderosa Residents:
Laundry facilities for Cedar and Ponderosa residents are available in Aspen, Birch, Sequoia or
Sycamore. Please check out a key from the 24-Hour Service Desk. There is a two-hour time
limit and a photo ID is required.
Residents must supply their own laundry soap and dryer sheets/balls.
