Terms and Conditions

• The person named on this voucher may use the value of the voucher as partpayment of an Expressions holiday booked from now and to be completed before 31 December 2024 ( unless it has been agreed after the confirmation of the holiday that it may be moved to a date after that ).

• The value of the voucher will be allocated to the deposit payment . However , if the deposit required to confirm the chosen holiday is less than the value of the voucher , the remainder will be used as payment towards the balance .

• There will be no interim ‘ refund ’ of any amount that is in excess of the deposit required between confirmation and balance payment date .

• The chosen holiday will be priced at the time of enquiry .

• The value cannot be split between more than one holiday .

• The voucher is not transferable to another person .

• The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash .

• The voucher must be used for a new booking and it cannot be allocated to a booking that has already been confirmed .

• The person named in the voucher will be responsible for the balance payment of the holiday once confirmed .

• The holiday requested must be from the portfolio of holidays that we intend to be operating at the time of the holiday departure .

• The voucher cannot be used for single items as follows : flights , car hire , transfers , ferry crossings , trains . The voucher may be used for a hotel booking without transport arrangements .

• Our standard booking conditions will apply to the holiday or the accommodation booked .

• The voucher value paid to us is not covered by bonding regulations as it is not a holiday . Financial protection starts when the holiday is confirmed .
